This is a really great and will be put into use immediately in my solo game, I've been kind of stuck
building/using factions and this for me seems like a perfect way to organize them for play. The world is based on Keep on the Borderland but set 50-75 years after later, so between the module and the internet I have a bunch of scattered notes and ideas for factions that this system will actually make them usable.
I used this for a Westgate one-shot and it worked flawlessly.
