This is brilliant. The triad roll + clustering approach adds so much depth without bloating prep time. Makes rooms feel like stories instead of isolated set pieces. That Room 2 example—library with danger baked into verticality—was chef’s kiss. Definitely stealing this for my next one-shot dungeon. Thanks for sharing your brain, Murkdice.
