Look, just remember that every time you get those nasty comments (Reddit is particularly bad), there are dozens of other people for each of those that just read quietly and appreciate your blogging and just never say anything. I hate that stuff too, but you gotta pursue whatever strategy under the sun to preserve yourself from that stuff sinking in too deep.
