A Sneak Peek
3 Days Until the Ink Rises
Inkvein goes live on BackerKit this Wednesday. If you can be there and offer your support, it would mean the world to me.
I’ve spent over 1000 hours on this book, with hundreds more hours yet to come. It is a labour of love ~a dark, inky, horrific labour of love~
I’ll say, with zero doubt, this is the coolest thing I have ever made. If you like Murkdice stuff, you are going to love this book.
So come over on Wednesday and pledge for a copy. Sign up to pre-launch to get notified immediately.
The more pledges we get early on, the more BackerKit’s algorithm likes us. So you’d be truly backing the project if you get in early.
If you fancy sharing the project, it would have a huge impact. However you can: socials, blogs, discords, etc.
In exchange for your participation, here’s a sneak peek. These are the regions of the Inkvein.
The City of Wel: The bastion of the Scribes Guild, your base for delves.
The Old Mines: Closest to the surface, and mostly dry of Ink.
The Upper Caverns: Not enough mineable Ink to bother making them safe.
Staintown: Where the exiles dwell, cast out of Wel for their Ink corruption.
Roothaven: The home of a sentient ironwood tree collective.
The New Mines: Deeper down where fresh Ink can be found.
Colloidburg: A dead city below, a warning to those delving now.
Slickmire: A former battleground, still teeming with violence.
The Sea of Words: A sub-surface sea of Ink, with an island chain.
The Deep Ink: The Ink’s home and fortress.
Around 240 caverns, 7 islands (with 2-3 sub-locations), 2 cities (one above, one below), a town, a 20 chamber tower sub-dungeon, and a 30 room archive building sub-dungeon.
~see, told ya it was big~
See you Wednesday Murklings.

So hyped for this
This is sounding real nice. Can’t wait to see it!
